Tendon Gliding Exercises


I often ask patients to do “tendon gliding” exercises with their hand therapists.  Below are the positions of the hand during these exercises.  This is not going to be a substitute for you seeing a Certified Hand Therapist, but will guide you during the postoperative period before you start therapy and is here to remind you between therapy sessions.
